Dr. Shah graduated from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara in 1980 and completed a Medical Oncology fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in 1988. Shortly thereafter, in 1989, he opened the first oncology practice in Adams County and also pioneered the Cancer Program at Gettysburg Hospital. Dr. Shah’s areas of interest include solid tumors such as lung, breast, and colon as well as hematological disorders, anemia, lymphoma, and leukemia.

Dr. Tina Khair joined the practice in 2012. Dr. Khair has rapidly become a respected part of the Adams/York County medical community. She is a triple-board certified physician in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. Her special areas of interest include breast cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, and disorders of the blood.
Dr. Young finds great satisfaction in working with local primary care physicians as well as local and university oncologic sub-specialists. Without a doubt, the most satisfying aspect of his career is working with the patients and the many challenges they bring to the practice of community based clinical oncology.
Dr. Geoffrey Martin is a board-certified Radiation Oncologist joining our team from his prior position as Medical Director of Radiation Oncology in Southern Ohio. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2013 and completed Radiation Oncology Residency at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX in 2018. He has extensive experience treating all types of malignancies with radiation therapy, specifically utilizing the latest radiation therapy treatment techniques including high dose, focused radiation (stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy, SABR) to all body sites such as the brain, lung, bone, liver, and prostate.
At his previous institution he was responsible for commissioning SABR therapies on a newly installed linear accelerator and will bring this experience starting an extensive SABR program to Gettysburg Cancer Center with the installation of a new Varian TrueBeam radiation machine in Gettysburg in 2022. He has a passion for rural medicine having worked in this setting his entire career, understanding the unique needs of this patient population. He was also responsible for the clinical trials program and head of his local tumor board in southern Ohio and is looking forward to collaborating with the Gettysburg Cancer Center and local healthcare provider teams to provide efficient, cutting-edge, high-quality cancer care for our community.
Mandy joined the Gettysburg Cancer Center in 2018 as a full-time nurse practitioner. She comes with several years of nursing experience, specifically in oncology, before earning her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Widener University. Prior to joining the cancer center, she worked with Penn State Hershey and Wellspan Gettysburg Hospital.
